Staging owner occupied homes is perhaps
one of the most difficult jobs of the
design specialist. First Impressions
Design Specialists are trained to create
balance between the needs of the homeowner
and what is necessary to sell the home.
Consultation packages range from 2-4
hours and always include our special
handout
"STAGING WORKS!" This includes many helpful
hints for the homeowner on maintaining their
home while it is for sale. It also
offers valuable insight as to much of the
psychology of the potential buyer so they
can understand why we recommend various
changes.
Written reports are typically offered
within 48 hours of visit and include
photo and recommendations specific on the
individual home. Check with your local
