Melissa Marro

Melissa founded First Impressions Home Staging & Interior Redesign in 2005 and helped it become one of the premier staging and training companies in the southeast. While still helping clients with their local staging needs, she also helps other stagers begin and grow their businesses. Melissa also volunteers her time to help grow the industry and holds several organizational leadership positions including IRIS SC Chapter President and RESA/SIF Roundtable Moderator. In 2007/2008 she also held the RESA Southeast Regional Vice President Position & was nominated for the 2007 RESA Staging Innovator of the Year and 2007 RESA Staging Professional of the Year awards.

Bevin Googer

Bevin Harmon Googer is co-owner and Vice President of First Impressions Home Staging & Interior Redesign. She was named the 2007 Rookie Stager of the Year by the Real Estate Staging Association. Bevin always found herself in a creative field, and now she turns her passions into a business working hard to help agents and sellers get homes sold faster & for more money.

Linda Barnett

Linda Barnett — Owner of Home Matters.

Linda founded Home Matters Home staging and Redesign in 2004. Home Matters was the first home staging company in the Indianapolis area and it has become one of the fastest growing staging companies in the Indianapolis and surrounding county markets. Linda is dedicated to educating the public and other stagers about home staging and elevating the level of professionalism throughout the home staging industry. To this end, the Home Matters team has been active in a nationwide series of roundtable forums, an international network of home-staging blogs, and educational seminars for realtors, and builders. Linda´s extensive body of successful work earned her a nomination for the 2007 Professional Stager of the Year Award from Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and was nominated affiliate of the year by the FC Tucker Real Estate Company in Indianapolis. Linda and her team have been featured in numerous media, including The Indianapolis Star, Indianapolis House & Home Magazine, Indianapolis Business Journal, and REAL ESTATE Lifestyle magazine, Fox 59 News and WISH-TV. Linda recently served as the technical editor for Wiley Publishing, Inc. for a new home staging book. The book is entitled “Home Staging for Dummies” by Christine Rae and Jan Saunder Maresh.

Linda´s background as a former Realtor, owner of a Gift Basket and Event planning business and Certified Interior Decorator has served her well in the Home Staging Industry. She feels she has found the perfect balance of creativity while helping people with their “Home selling Matters”.

Juliet Johnson

A nationally recognizable voice-over actress for Sirius Satellite Radio, The Cartoon Network and ABC Radio, this former Manhattan Realtor, Juliet Johnson, has been a professional home stager in NJ for the last 6 years. While her niche has long been suburban homes in the $1 - 3 million price range, the principles she deploys are similarly effective in every market.

Since moving to the New York Metro area during college and after a stint selling Manhattan's residential real estate, Juliet went on to do live marketing, organizing corporate events, trade shows, in-store promotions and street fairs for 12 years. Growing up as a third generation Real Estate Agent/Investor, Juliet has trained with several of the industry's luminaries, synthesizing and constantly refining those techniques to best illustrate the value of the property. She now brings decades of trade information and knowledge to the Staging & Redesign Industry through her new instructor affiliation with First Impressions Home Staging & Interior Redesign and Web 2.0 Real Estate Technology Training.
